Leticia Kimble, Founder and Principal

 

Leticia Kimble represents individuals and companies in complex business, entertainment, and employment matters. Ms. Kimble handles every stage of litigation, from inception to verdict, including extensive motion practice, discovery, depositions, trial, and settlement.  She has significant experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal court. Ms. Kimble counsels start-up companies on their corporate formation, employment issues, and corporate governance. She specializes in helping startups obtain, protect, and exploit their intellectual property.

 

Leticia Kimble graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law and as a board member of the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition. Ms. Kimble graduated as a Trustee Scholar from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in business in 2005.

 

Ms. Kimble is a member of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.  She is admitted to practice in California, the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
